Vitreoretinal Symposium

Goals & Mission

The VitreoRetinal Symposia (VRS) are a series of annual meetings featuring vitrectomy wetlabs and prominent international speakers who discuss the opportunities and limitations of selected vitreoretinal diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

Several sessions are dedicated to cover the latest improvements and developments of drugs, instruments, and methods used. Panel discussions for each session encourage information exchange.

The VRS, first performed in 1998, is alternatively hosted in Marburg and Frankfurt/Main.
