CME credits
The VitreoRetinal Symposium 2015 and the vitreoretinal Skill-Labs will be certified as a further education diploma according to the guidelines of the German Medical Association.

Important notes for participants
Reduced participation fees need to be certified with the announcement.
Registration fees include lunches (Thursday & Friday), all coffee breaks and the summary of the abstracts.
If you register late or on site we cannot guarantee for lunch and participation at the social program. The registration fee for the symposium does not include participation in the Skill-Labs. So please register for the symposium and for the Skill-Labs separately, so that your registration is definite. You are encouraged to apply for the annual meeting and/or the Skill-Labs either online, by e-mail or by fax. Cancellation for the VitreoRetinal Symposium 2015 has to be made via e-mail or via fax (+49 211-59 35 60) by 9th September 2015 and cancellation for the Skill-Labs by 9th September 2015: In any case an administration charge of Euro 20,- has to be paid. After these dates, no refunds can be made.
