Complicated pseudophakic retina detachment with the help of Torpido Lights, scleral depression, vitreous shaver and PVR bimanual surgery

Pseudophakic eyes ,vitreous loss and retina detachment can be operated safer using the stretching of the indentation to immobilize the retina with one hand and the shaver on the other hand, while the area is illuminated by the four port 25 g Torpido system. Avoiding possible iatrogenic tears and subluxation of the pseudophakic lens.
We are presenting also for the fist time the use of bimanual removal of a equatorial dense PVR membranes using this four port illuminating system and silicon oil without having to suture the entrance sites of these 25g illuminating system.
