SURVEY OF THE VITREOUS SOCIETY

The Preferences and Trends (PAT) Survey conducted in the year 2000 summarizes the practice patterns in the management of the medical and surgical vitreoretinal conditions as reported by a sample of the members of the Vitreous Society, the largest vitreoretinal organization in the world. Even though the PAT Survey does not establish guidelines for practice, it acquaints us with the standards of care of our fellow vitreoretinal practitioners.
